Warsaw is Poland’s capital and largest city, with 1.8 million inhabitants. It is on the Vistula River in the middle of the country. As you stroll the streets of the city, you’ll be struck by the versatility of Warsaw. Skyscrapers and luxury retail outlets neighbor museums and libraries in a space that feels both cosmopolitan and yet rather raw.
Warsaw’s Old Town is the jewel in the Polish capital’s crown. It delights visitors with its colorful tenement houses and the unique atmosphere of its narrow streets. You can visit the Museum of Warsaw or follow the Old Town Cellars Route. See also the barbican and the bell on Kanonia street, stroll along the old city walls, and take a photo of the Vistula from the observation point at Gnojna Góra. Step into the cathedral, which houses the tombs of the medieval Mazovian princes.
The international cooperation of the Warsaw University of Business is based on bilateral agreements with foreign universities as well as institutions, organizations, and companies operating internationally or even globally. Of particular importance for the WWSB University is its activity in the field of European education, which is carried out in cooperation with the European Parliament and which results in our students taking part in seminars held at the European Parliament in Brussels. An expression of the University’s special commitment to the process of internationalization of the educational process is the lectures organized for students by academic staff from foreign academic centers. The Warsaw University of Business is waiting for the European Commission to announce the 2021 competition deadlines for the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education – ECHE – in connection with the implementation of the Erasmus+ program in the European Union’s new financial framework for 2021-2027.
