Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy (RTTEMA) is a public higher education institution, founded in 1994 with the aim to provide excellent quality professional and academic education in pedagogy, psychology, and business management at all study levels – Bachelor’s, Master and Doctorate.

Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy is a small education institution attended by approximately 5,000 students. The multinational student community of the Academy is ready to meet all national and foreign students that may apply for admission. The Academy actively participates in international programs aimed at the academic exchange of students and teachers between universities. 

Studying educational management at Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy refers to the administration of the education system in which a group combines human and material resources to supervise, plan, strategize, and implement structures to execute an education system. 

The overall purpose of studying of educational management at Academy is to give students the ability to effectively and efficiently create and maintain environments within educational institutions that promote, support, and sustain effective teaching and learning, and understand how those key objectives are set and the means by which they are attained may differ significantly depending upon education system or level and across educational cultures.
