About Academy

 

Rezekne Academy of Technologies is the state institution of education and scientific research that implements the study programs as well as is engaged in scientific, research, and artistic creative work in Rezekne, Latvia. It was established based on the branches of the University of Latvia and Riga Technical University. 

Every year around 400 students enroll in the studying process at Rezekne Academy of Technologies and in total, more than 2000 students study on our campus. The size of the university allows close interaction between students and personnel in all stages of studies.

Numerous international partners, cooperation agreements, and exchange programs for students and academic staff make a multicultural environment at the university. More than 200 Erasmus students and academics participated in the exchange every year. Each student at Rezekne Academic of Technologies is met as an individual. All students receive personal guidance and professors are easily approachable.
