For the majority of countries, there is no need to contact the Embassy or Consulate and Student Visa is granted on students’ arrival to the Tashkent Airport on the basis of their personal Telex Number. Students invited by Telex (6-digit number) shall be informed by phone, e-mail, or fax.
We will take care of all the documents so students do not need to contact the Uzbek Embassy or Consulate. Students can get their electronic Student Visa or Visa on Arrival on the basis of their personal Telex Number in 10 working days.
Students from India and Pakistan will be provided with an Invitation Letter and should contact the nearest Uzbekistan Embassy or Consulate themselves. Students should apply to Uzbekistan Embassy with the following documents:
We do not recommend entering Uzbekistan on a visitor’s visa with the intention of being registered as a student at a later date. You should only enter the country with a student visa.
After completing the Visa Process you should inform us about the flight details with the date and arrival time. One of our representatives shall receive the student at the airport. In case the student does not inform us about their arrival, they shall be deported back to their homeland.
Our company informs the Migration Service of Uzbekistan with the official letter about your arrival at the airport. When passing the passport control at the airport the Border Service verifies if the official representative mentioned in your official letter is meeting you. That is why it is important to inform us about your arrival beforehand.
We will help you to finish the Admission Process in 1-3 working days and you can start your classes immediately. Your dream University in Uzbekistan awaits!
* Please mind that there are slight differences in the admission process to each University, which will be discussed individually upon each student’s admission.
