You can send us the documents by email or by fax. Please take care that documents should be scanned properly and should be clearly readable.
You can send us the payment through bank transfer, Western Union, or Money Gram. Please send us the receipt of payment to confirm with us.
Invitations are issued by the Federal Migration Service and it takes 40-45 days in russia.
After receiving the documents and payment, we shall send you the Original Invitation Letter by courier.
After getting an invitation letter from Edugain Overseas, students should contact the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate in their country.
After getting a visa you should buy the ticket and inform us of complete details of your arrival (the flight number, date of arrival, and time) at least a week before your arrival.
The representative of Edugain Overseas will receive you at the airport. In case you do not inform us about your arrival and the representative is not at the airport to receive you, you will be deported to your home country according to the rules and regulations of the Immigration authorities of the Russian Federation.
We advise you to come to the city airport where the university is located as it will be more convenient for you. You can take a flight to any airport in Moscow (for Russia) and we will receive you there and assist to buy a ticket to the final destination.
You should bring with you original complete documents and Full First year Expenses or Payment Receipts of complete first-year expenses paid. To avoid problems during the Migration Clearance in Russia students are requested to pay their first-year fees before or after getting a visa.
It is compulsory for every student to be registered at the University within three working days after arrival in the Russian Federation.
After Arrival in Russia, you should submit the complete documents and the first year’s complete expenses as mentioned in Admission Confirmation Letter to International Department. The staff of the International Relations office will complete the admission process and registration process in 1-3 working days and after that, they will allow you to start the classes.
